Description

This is what I came up with after still continuously suffering from artblock. My only inspiration here was foomidori, and I referenced from her work for this. I know the concept is kinda lame, but please bare with me. I decided to erase the BG so it would look cooler, haha not sure if it does, but enjoy.!

Also, I am on my dad's computer right now because I am having issues with my computer. I cant sign in to dA anymore on it.. its so weird. im trying to get help soo...yeah..

Done with copic markers, manga paper, unipin 01, 005, copic airbrush, and adobe ps cs5

EDIT: ~HeartlessIvy mentioned I should download Google chrome to solve my problem and it WORKED!!! I love you ~HeartlessIvy !!!!!

There are a lot of things to love about this wonderful piece including the vibrant colours, I especially like the bronze earth shapes in the top left corner which contrast so well with the dark blues in the picture.

I personally think that the background being erased was a good idea, i like the way that the shapes seem to pop more because of this. The expression in the face is lovely and the watery blending of the colours in the water is amazing.

My only slight concern is the character's top maybe doesnt seem to sit quite right against their chest, but maybe I am perhaps being a little too critical there ; P
