I am making a tutorial for this, and I will upload it once i am done.

LOL this isnt meant to be cocky or anything but i honestly think this is the first time a picture turned out to be exactly how i imagined it! lol i feel proud.

Lady Lora live in a lonely Lagoon. If anyone who can read kanji they will understand the concept from the meanings of the words on the lanterns. She was once killed and thrown into an abandoned lagoon, but has risen up and is seeking revenge among the ones that murdered her. This is my own character, but the story is based off of a tonge twister.

Done with copic sketch markers, manga paper, unipin 01.
